Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving change throughout the recruitment industry, reshaping every step of the hiring process. Bots can scan social media profiles for good hiring matches. Video interviews can be analyzed with algorithms that measure facial expressions, word choice and gestures. AI can replicate manual HR tasks like candidate screening into repeatable processes. It’s a brave new world for startups and established industry players alike.
