SHRM: HR is turning to freelancers to meet talent shortage.

As employers face a lack of available, qualified talent, they are increasingly turning to contract and project-based workers to access a larger talent pool. In “HR is Turning to Freelancers to Meet Talent Shortage,” Randstad Sourceright CEO, Rebecca Henderson shares insight on why companies are adopting an integrated talent model and including contingent workers in their talent strategies.

"Adopting an integrated workforce composition model breaks down traditional talent silos that separate HR and procurement, enabling an organization to nimbly determine the type of worker needed to meet a specific business goal, quickly source the highest quality talent and do so in the most cost-effective way," Henderson said.
