ATLANTA, GEORGIA — May 25, 2023 — Randstad announced today that Audra Jenkins, Randstad’s Global Chief Equity Officer, and Courtnie Barrett-Parks, vice president, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy at Randstad Sourceright, were recognized on the US and Canadian DE&I Influencers list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Now in its third year, the list celebrates “professionals who are leading the charge to create opportunities for the historically excluded communities in the workforce solutions ecosystem.”

As Global Chief Equity Officer for Randstad, Jenkins drives the equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategy for Randstad globally. This is her third consecutive year being named to SIA’s DEI Influencers list.

 

Courtnie Barrett-Parks, Vice President, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy at Randstad Sourceright As vice president of EDI&A Strategy at Randstad Sourceright, Barrett-Parks provides guidance and solutions that help organizations foster more diverse and equitable workplaces through their contingent talent management strategies across North America.
