The year 2020 has always been looked upon as the advent of a new age. The much heralded “Fourth Industrial Revolution” is here, ushering in a new world of work. A new 2020 Talent Trends Report from Randstad Sourceright shares insights on how to maximize talent during these changing times.

One of the key findings from the report is the importance of having an agile workforce that can respond to economic shifts. The digitization of the workplace is another top trend, as is the need to upskill talent for an increasingly machine-driven world.

“Businesses need to understand the latest trends in talent management, and invest in people and technology like never before,” says Cindy Keaveney, chief people officer of Randstad Enterprise Group. “And this should all happen on an enterprise-wide scale with regular intensity.”
