HRDive: employers struggle to keep up with technology trends.

According to Randstad Sourceright’s 2017 Talent Trends survey findings, while a growing number of employers recognize the value that workplace technology provides, many also report concerns that the digital revolution is happening too fast. Sharing insights from our latest research, HRDive explores this trend, citing that employers are confident in technology’s ability to improve recruiting outcomes, as well as their struggle to keep up with its ever-evolving nature.
