2016 Talent Trends Report: Theme 5 Infographic

Getting feedback on the road, the car and the environment is critical to F1 drivers, but that information needs to come quickly and be relevant to the moment. This is also true for talent leaders who require up-to-date insights about their workforce. All at the same time, they need technology that can help automate their workforce planning activities and feed data into their talent analytics platform. While most of our survey respondents say they use analytics in their planning efforts, it's only a slight majority. For those that leverage analytics, most often it's to map and address skills gaps. A much higher percentage say they turn to automation to help manage talent.
