Darven Ganesan is a sourcing guru specializing in new and innovative methods to find & engage candidates. He was responsible for sourcing strategy development, talent intelligence and exploration of new technologies in the APAC region. In his role as Associate Director, Sourcing & Market Research, Darven was involved in sourcing strategy development, training, sales presentations, Talent Communities , thought leadership, Market Research and special projects. Darven also served as a virtual mentor to all RSR business in APAC via an internal community where tips and best practices are shared.
