Delivering the benefits of an around-the-clock shared services model, and with specialized candidate management expertise, the recruitment centers offer flexibility to fluctuating talent demands, while meeting specific global and local requirements. Centralized processing adds visibility and insight, giving the employer access to data and key analytics that it never had before. Committing special attention to change management throughout the roll out, Randstad Sourceright's clear communications plan helps identify and address all issues and questions in advance of go-live dates. Collaborating with recruiters throughout planning and roll out builds trust and ensures all are aligned on the new processes and the benefits. Following a six-month pilot program in Europe, the program expanded to the U.S. in April 2017, continues to roll out around the globe and is exceeding all expected performance goals. In the first month alone, the innovative solution reduced response rates to 0.2 days (where the goal was one month). With an initial goal of four days, the recruitment centers are scheduling interviews in under two business days on average. Interviews are now conducted within 5.7 days on average, drastically exceeding the initial goal of 10 days.
