According to Randstad Sourceright's 2018 Talent Trends Report, a survey of more than 800 talent and business leaders around the world, 96% of companies with an integrated talent model report being extremely or very satisfied with their investment. At the same time, another 72% say they are likely to adopt an integrated model in the next 12 months. Moving forward, integration will become a priority as more and more companies seek to better compete for scarce workers. If you find yourself managing workforce decisions in a mid-sized company, start the total talent conversation now. It's an investment that will pay off, both in near-term efficiency and long-term growth. A true integrated MSP involves getting HR and procurement on the same page, and most leaders would agree that integrating processes and technologies across these potential silos can be daunting. Understanding the advantages of an integrated approach are within reach, and mid- sized organizations are exploring their options. If you are considering your talent options, now is the time to explore total talent management. You may find that you have some advantages in this area. The burden of managing change is much lower in less complex mid-sized organizations than it is in larger enterprises. Fewer departments and smaller geographies can mean quicker access to all related decision-makers. A less complex organization, perhaps with fewer competing priorities, makes for a clear path to gain buy-in and participation.
