The Talent Intelligence Outlook is based on a survey
of more than 400 C-suite, HR, talent acquisition and
procurement leaders who decide and influence
strategic and operational human capital decisions.
All belong to organizations with at least 1,500
employees, and more than 50% support companies
with over 3,000 employees. Their organizations
represent a broad array of industries, including Life
Sciences, Information, Communication & Technology,
Banking & Financial Services, Fast Moving Consumer
Goods and Manufacturing. In terms of geographic
responsibility, 17% have a global remit, 32% serve a
regional role and 29% have a single-country scope.
An additional 22% of respondents are responsible
for multiple countries.
