In Q3 2020, Randstad Canada conducted a business recovery assessment to get a pulse on how COVID-19 has impacted Canadian employers and their workforces. We found that 72.8% of those respondents confirmed they have resumed or are planning to resume their activities before the end of the year.
To counter the impact that COVID-19 has had on revenue and growth, many Canadian employers are turning to the contingent workforce. In fact, 78.6% of respondents kept the same number of temporary employees during and after the pandemic.
