According to new research from Randstad Sourceright, data is critical in helping businesses predict workforce needs and fill skills gaps. That’s why, 47% of HR leaders say they are spending more on predictive talent analytics this year.

“Companies will have to prepare their workforces to adapt to unpredictable market conditions in the future,” said Cindy Keaveney, chief people officer at Randstad Sourceright. “To do so will require embracing HR technologies that provide greater insight and the flexibility to deploy talent quickly based on demand and market factors.”

What other areas should companies that want to thrive focus on in a post-crisis world? The research suggests homing in on enhancing workforce agility, improving the talent experience and investing in reskilling.
