ABSL: 2019 talent trends in Poland.

Poland has emerged as a growth market for the business services sector, with more than 900 companies offering business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services, global business services, IT, and research and development (R&D) solutions. There are approximately 1,400 business service centers in the nation, including those operated by 86 firms within the global Fortune 500.
 
These findings just scratch the surface of the extensive data available in a new report prepared by the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), in cooperation with several partners, including Randstad Polska and Randstad Sourceright.
 
Research into the business services labor market and salaries gives employers a look at demographics, unemployment rates, language considerations, post-graduate specialization opportunities, benefit offerings and more. A total of 307,000 employees are currently employed at business services centers, with that number expected to increase by another 20,000 in Q1 2020.
