Jennifer Isveck is the head of Americas RPO management for EMD Serono, MilliporeSigma and EMD Performance Materials, the North America businesses of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany - a multinational pharmaceutical, chemical and life sciences company with 56,000 employees. Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the hiring of 2,000 employees annually. She has also served as the Associate Director of Professional Services Sourcing, Americas at EMD Serono, Inc.
In her 20 years in Human Resources and Procurement, Jennifer has been involved with the sourcing of numerous commodities including temporary labor, recruiting, HR services, and management consulting. Additionally, she has built contingent labor programs from the ground up at two different corporations, and managed existing MSP and RPO programs.
Chris Hutt, vice president, Randstad Enterprise Group, joined the recruitment outsourcing industry over 20 years ago. Since joining Randstad Sourceright in 2004, Chris’s career has developed through various leadership positions covering responsibility for RPO, MSP and BPO services across multiple clients and industry verticals globally. In recent years, Chris has taken responsibility for partnering with Merck KGaA to develop and innovate a truly global talent delivery solution, harnessing the power of Randstad’s global delivery engine while innovating in HR technology, AI, market insights and employer brand, supporting our key partner to stay ahead of their competition.
Tom Love, vice president of global client delivery, has been with Randstad for more than 8 years, having held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility for MSP, RPO and direct fulfillment solutions, primarily within the life sciences and pharmaceutical vertical. In his current role, Tom’s responsibilities include the strategic vision, field leadership, client delivery, product integrity and execution of the integrated MSP and RPO solutions for global clients, including Merck KGaA.
