Randstad Sourceright’s 2021 Talent Trends research finds that 77% of C-suite and HR leaders say they are more focused on workforce agility than ever before. Another 56% plan to shift some roles to contingent, project or contract work to maintain optimal flexibility and responsiveness.
Leaders are also interested in a technology-enabled candidate experience that can streamline sourcing and recruitment and attract the best people for both permanent and contingent roles.
