De Wet arbeidsmarkt in balans (WAB) is een feit: de Eerste Kamer heeft de WAB aangenomen. Met de wet worden enkele nadelige effecten en niet behaalde doelen van de WWZ gerepareerd. Zo worden onderdelen uit de regeling voor de transitievergoeding, de ketenregeling en de WW-premieopnieuw aangepast. De nieuwe wet zal (met uitzondering van het pensioen van payrollmedewerkers) op 1 januari 2020 in werking treden. We zetten de belangrijkste maatregelen voor u op een rij.
