Randstad Global Businesses CEO to speak at WBL Annual Summit on corporate social responsibility and the importance of building a strong company culture.

ATLANTA, GA, March 12, 2021 - Randstad global businesses CEO and executive board member Rebecca Henderson will be a featured speaker at the 2021 Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation’s (WBL) Annual Summit on March 17, where she will discuss the importance of creating a corporate culture built on the values of social responsibility, diversity and equity.

Henderson will be joined by CEO of AMN Healthcare and WBL Member Susan Salka to share their expertise on “Building a Great Environment for Doing Good.” The CEOs will discuss how to build a corporate culture around ethics, setting the tone from the top and walking the talk of being an organization that makes an impact beyond the business. Henderson and Salka will also touch on the importance of resilience and adaptability, especially when facing challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2021 WBL Summit is centered on the theme “Paying It Forward: Leading with Purpose,” and will be attended by roughly 250 female senior executives across the healthcare industry.
