As the pandemic has forced millions of people to work from home and watch over their children, it is hard to manage so many priorities at the same time.
To help cope with the stress during these challenging times, Kimberly Fahey, senior vice president, Global Client Delivery at Randstad Sourceright suggests that working parents “take it easy on ourselves and [accept] that we are doing the best we can.”
“Remaining grateful, mindful, and present, as well as setting aside time to recharge and focus on yourself, is key to being the best parent possible while still maintaining focus on your career,” writes Fahey.
