The latest Talent Trends research from Randstad Sourceright shows that the majority of 800 surveyed executives believe that HR automation will help their recruiters focus on high-value tasks. That includes building stronger relationships, opening up new opportunities and doing more advanced work.
"There has never been a better time for employers to explore the possibilities that technological innovation can bring to their recruitment processes," says Michel Stokvis, managing director of the Talent Innovation Center at Randstad Sourceright. He also cautions, however, that companies must be mindful of the complexities in determining “the best mix of tech and touch to improve hiring outcomes."
