WARSAW, Poland - 22 MAY 2018 - Global HR services industry leaders, Randstad Sourceright and Randstad Poland will be a Gold Partner at the 9th Annual ABSL Conference taking place on 6-8 June in Poznań, Poland. At the conference, thought leaders from Randstad Sourceright will deliver insights on diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategies, present market trends and facilitate an interactive panel session on creating total workforce agility.

Randstad Sourceright senior vice president, Simone Groeneveld, will discuss how employers can close the gaps to ensure they effectively use the whole available talent pool. Groeneveld will join panelists from the HR Roche Global IT Solution Centre and Hewlett Packard to explore topics such as women in leadership, diversity hiring and fostering a culture of inclusion on 8 June at 11:00.



Randstad Poland Marcin Sienczyk ABSL"Start-up Challenge"
Randstad Poland chief technology innovation officer, Marcin Sieńczyk, will serve as a judge during this year's ABSL "Start-up Challenge." The competition will recognize cutting-edge solutions, created by Polish start-ups for the shared services and professional services sector. With more solutions improving HR processes for companies in this sector every year, Sieńczyk will draw on his experience and industry insight to help select this year's winner. The "Start-up Challenge" will take place on 8 June at 12:40.


Attendees can also visit the Randstad Sourceright and Randstad Poland booth for one-on-one conversations with talent strategy experts from the global HR services leaders. At the booth, visitors will have the opportunity to complete a short Step>Edge>Ahead assessment to get insights on the maturity of their company’s workforce strategies and how to gain the competitive edge they need to attract, hire and retain great talent, despite growing talent scarcity.
