HumanResourcesOnline.net: 3 areas HR should focus on

April 28, 2022

Global research from Randstad Sourceright shows that 84% of HR and business leaders say that they are more focused on the talent experience than ever before. That’s good news for employees and job seekers.

Randstad Sourceright’s 2022 Talent Trends Report points to several areas of growing importance in today’s competitive market. This includes trends toward creating people-centric workforce strategies, building a robust talent analytics practice, and prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

These three areas demand that human capital and C-suite leaders ask hard questions about talent attraction and retention and inclusive HR processes, while also studying how people analytics can provide predictive insights and prescriptive recommendations.

The balance of power has shifted to job seekers, rather than employers. It’s all about understanding the current state of the workforce and making improvement plans that can be implemented sooner rather than later.
