After selecting a managed services program (MSP) partner and implementing the program, the final step to successfully launching a first-generation MSP is managing and improving the program once it goes live.
To ensure the long term success of the program, Melissa Gaitten, regional VP, integrated MSP at Randstad Sourceright, recommends companies work with their MSP partners to develop “a clearly defined change management lifecycle approach that works to gain acceptance and commitment.”
Having a structured and controlled approach to communication is also critical. You also need to gain support from executives, senior leadership and each end user of the MSP, taking into account any feedback that will help continuously improve the program.
