Randstad Sourceright to present millennial leadership session at the ABSL Annual Conference

WARSAW, Poland - 31 MAY 2017 - Randstad Sourceright, a global integrated talent solutions leader, will be a Strategic Partner at the 8th Annual ABSL Conference taking place on the 12 - 14 June in Łódź, Poland. At the conference, Zain Wadee, managing director EMEA at Randstad Sourceright, will deliver an intro presentation on “Future Leaders” to help companies understand evolving global workforce dynamics and plan for millennial leadership.

This educational session will include an informative panel discussion, moderated by Wadee, and will lead up to the main keynote, to be presented by the Right Honourable David Cameron, former prime minister of the U.K. 

From digital transformation to increasing loyalty from millennials in the workforce, the “Future Leaders” panel will explore:

  • how the makeup of the global workforce is changing ﹘ as millennials take their place in leadership roles, they bring with them new skills, experiences, but also expectations. Who will manage the generational shift, technological changes, new organizational models and how will they develop such leaders?
  • a leadership focus for Poland ﹘ Polish organizations increasingly see the benefits of having a younger generation move into leadership roles. In fact, 64% of respondents from the Randstad Sourceright Talent Trends Quarterly survey say this dynamic has either transformed or made a positive impact on their business.
  • digital transformation and the leadership role that HR will need to take ﹘ the C-suite will be looking to human capital teams to take the lead on understanding how technology will impact talent, what it will take to implement, what resources will be needed to roll it out and manage it.
