Everywhere you turn there are new HR innovations promising transformative solutions, and they’re being well received. In fact, according to Randstad Sourceright’s 2019 Talent Trends Report, 92% of human capital leaders believe technology enhances the attraction, engagement and retention of talent.

Most of the new HR tech is centered on helping to attract, source, engage, screen and hire talent. All of which offers new opportunities to elevate talent acquisition with better candidate insights, deeper reach into talent markets and greater efficiency for recruiters. The challenge comes in keeping up with the digitization of traditional tasks and, of course, the overall speed of change.
