Randstad Sourceright to share industry expertise and discuss the future of work at ABSL Summit.

Warsaw — 6 June 2019 — Global HR services industry leader, Randstad Sourceright, will be a strategic partner at the 10th Annual ABSL Summit taking place on 12-13 June in Warsaw, Poland. At the conference, thought leaders from Randstad Sourceright will deliver insights on the future of work and total talent models, present market trends, and participate in a discussion on women in leadership.

Rebecca Henderson, CEO of Randstad Sourceright and Randstad executive board member, and Michel Stokvis, managing director of Randstad Sourceright’s global Talent Innovation Center, will be onsite to discuss the evolution of work and the future of talent models.

Henderson will discuss the biggest challenges and most important trends in talent management to help employers understand how they can prepare for the drastically changing world of work.

Henderson will also participate in the Oxford-style debate “Women-led companies perform better” to explain how companies benefit from women leaders and what must be done to create a more gender-balanced industry.

During “A solution to your talent scarcity problem,” Stokvis will explore how digitalization and robotics are transforming today’s talent needs and why a total talent approach can remedy talent scarcity to help employers win critical talent. This presentation and dynamic discussion, will take place on Wednesday, 12 June at 11:30 AM. Stokvis will be joined by Claudia Nigeon, talent acquisition operations excellence lead at UCB.

Attendees can also visit the Randstad Sourceright and Randstad Poland booth for conversations with experts from the global HR services leaders. At the booth, visitors will have the opportunity to complete an assessment that audits the talent experience they provide and get insights on how to build a talent-centric organization that exceeds the rising expectations of talent.
