Our 2019 Talent Trends research uncovered that 83% of human capital leaders around the world say the goal of their talent strategy is to have a measurable impact on business performance, up from 57% just three years ago.

With persistent talent scarcity, the widening skills gap, and better access to technology and data, more talent leaders are looking toward an integrated — or total talent — model to achieve that goal. In fact, most (76%) plan to implement a total talent strategy this year.
