Recruiter.com: changing workforce trends force recruiting to evolve.

The way that companies get work done is quickly changing, and how they recruit and retain talent must also evolve. In her recent discussion with Recruiter.com, Randstad Sourceright CEO, Rebecca Henderson shares insights from the 2017 Talent Trends Report on how employers are implementing innovative strategies to address automation and contingent talent trends:

“Smart companies are eliminating traditional talent silos and building human capital models through total workforce solutions that incorporate permanent employees, temporary staff, freelancers, contractors and robotics to meet talent needs. In doing so, they are better utilizing their contingent workforces by having more holistic HR strategies.”
