March 10, 2022 Jean-François Vezina

Randstad Sourceright’s research shows that human capital leaders in 26 major global markets are experiencing high demand for IT talent. Specifically in the areas of cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic process automation.

“We are creating more in-depth and futuristic online experiences,” says Jean-Francois Vezina, global chief strategy officer of Randstad Sourceright in Canada. As such, blockchain and augmented and virtual reality are all fast-emerging talent areas.

Reskilling and upskilling programs show great promise in building a company’s bench strength. Accelerated training “Boot Camps” can also help speed the necessary learning for today’s IT roles.
