The pharma and life sciences sectors was able to scale up to new levels to meet the urgent needs of the COVID-19 pandemic and continued innovation keeps demand for digital skills high. “The need for medical innovation has only grown, forcing organizations to compete across all industries for a limited supply of in-demand tech talent,” says Mike Smith, global CEO of Randstad Sourceright.
