the solution. To help the company establish a strong and clear employer brand, Randstad Sourceright has conducted extensive research as part of the company's push to enhance talent attraction strategies. Having already established a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partnership with Randstad Sourceright, Communisis is adding value to its program by leveraging our global team of employer brand experts. As a result, the communication and business services leader has developed a strong and compelling EVP that resonates with talent and candidates for both of its divisions. Employer branding services include: • conducting in-person interviews with the company's CEO and executive leadership team to understand the vision and mission of the company in its new digital-first mentality. • assessing the workplace experience at multiple locations in different countries. These surveys provide an authentic look at what it's like to work at Communisis and serve as the basis for its employer brand pillars. • holding internal workshops to expand on the themes and issues raised by company executives and workers during interviews and surveys. This helped narrow the critical considerations for the company's employer brand. • performing thorough analysis to understand how competitors are recruiting for the same kinds of talent. • interviewing former employees to assess their workplace experiences, why they left the business, and what steps Communisis can take to better attract and retain their peers. • performing deep-dive interviews with individuals who represent specific talent profiles to further explore themes developed during earlier discovery activities. The employer branding research revealed that, despite Communisis' disparate lines of services and client portfolio, employees are unified by a distinct pride in their work and the company's A-list client portfolio. Randstad Sourceright then validated these themes uncovered by the research against marketplace perceptions to build an authentic and distinctive EVP. This EVP now serves as the anchor for all employer brand activation efforts. The employer brand project has led to a stronger strategy for engaging and acquiring the talent Communisis needs, even for hard-to-fill and in-demand skills. This includes building a new careers portal to fully represent the company's brand, and ongoing efforts to activate the brand through content creation and social media management to support external talent attraction. © Randstad Sourceright. 2018 human forward.
