Driven by both organic growth and acquisitions,
Communisis has been expanding so rapidly into new
segments and evolving digitally that it needed to better
define its core mission, values and employer brand due
to diversification. The business and marketing services
specialist partnered with Randstad Sourceright to
develop a resonant employer value proposition (EVP)
and activate Communisis' employer brand following the
company's own corporate rebranding launch.
the success.
After extensive internal and external research on the
company's evolution, Randstad Sourceright's employer
brand team developed the critical EVP that Communisis'
brand activation efforts are based on. This required a deep
understanding of the diverse nature of the company's
businesses and brands.
Creating authentic, compelling and relevant employer
brand pillars allows the company to accurately
communicate its value and people-centric approach to the
business. More importantly, it sets the stage to develop
messaging in Communisis' pillars that will be present in all
brand activation work going forward.
On the heels of the company's corporate rebranding
effort, the employer brand project is closely aligned to
the values and messaging established by the company's
marketing and business leaders, achieved through
interviews with members of the company's executive
leadership team. The timing means Communisis goes to
market with a strong employer brand, supported by the
clarity of its corporate mission.
Partnering with digital recruitment specialists VONQ,
Randstad Sourceright is helping Communisis build a new,
immersive and brand-focused careers site to support
employer brand activation. The site is just one part of an
ongoing brand strategy that will fuel the company's efforts
to strengthen its perception as an employer of choice.
