firm needed a talent acquisition model that would
manage a large volume of applications efficiently
without compromising candidate experience, and
create greater scalability to deal with changes
in demand. This industry leader faced numerous
challenges that complicated the hiring and retention
of highly qualified talent, including a competitive
labor market, the need to accommodate peak
hiring seasons and a desire to improve its candidate

(MSP) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)
solution that includes support from specialized

Sourcing that was often completed through external
search firms was moved in-house and is now supported
by Randstad Sourceright, cutting fees paid to outside
agencies. Direct delivery of contingent talent has
increased from 10% to 92% in an 18-month period on the
MSP service. Agency use for RPO has decreased from
23% to 10% in a similar 18-month period.
Recruitment centers in London and Budapest have
added the flexibility needed to drastically decrease
the average time to offer, consistently beating the
targets for MSP and RPO, and reducing time to hire
nearly 33% in an 18-month period.
With standardized processes in place, a consistent
hiring experience supports talent satisfaction levels;
85% of MSP candidates scored a 4 or 5 (out of 5) for
