To avoid interruption to the client's ongoing business operations, all talent hiring was to be accomplished in carefully orchestrated phases. Randstad Sourceright expertise involved: • adding three remotely-based Randstad Sourceright professionals — two recruiting specialists and one in sourcing — to guide and support the client's internal talent team • creating an action plan for each of the client's various positions • developing, through Randstad Sourceright's Talent Innovation Center, robust sourcing strategies and recommendations based on market, location, compensation, time to fill, hirable population demographics and other data points • employer branding services that helped the insurance leader deliver recruitment messaging in targeted formats, i.e., email campaigns and other media • HR technology expertise and candidate relationship management (CRM) implementation support to manage recruitment marketing efforts and achieve talent pipeline goals • talent analytics expertise to develop separate reporting for the client's many positions • implementing a dashboard tool, fully visible to the client, that provided up-to-the-moment status of candidates wherever they were in the hiring process (contacted, being assessed, being interviewed, offer extended, etc.) The RPO model delivered all candidate sourcing, assessment, selection and placements ahead of schedule according to the client's location needs and calendar benchmarks (Q1, Q2 and Q3). © Randstad Sourceright. 2018 human forward. global insurance and financial leader scales operations ahead of schedule with project RPO.
