A multi-billion dollar provider of life insurance,
retirement and investment solutions was changing its
operational footprint in certain U.S. cities. Randstad
Sourceright developed and implemented a project
recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model that
enabled the client to address internal employee
transfers, fill new hire needs, place all talent where
they were designated, and experience no operational
interruptions during the business relocation process.
