Today, with vital positions filled, the company has
overcome a key challenge in the continued growth
of its collection network. Moving forward, the ROD
relationship provides a foundation for implementing a
recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model to drive
long-term talent success.
Other highlights include:

was executed by a team of five screeners and
three sourcers.
• Attracting critical talent: During the project,
163 positions were filled, including phlebotomists,
plasma processors, donor support technicians
and reception technicians.
