When a leading global manufacturer of aerospace components struggled to find specialized talent to meet demand for its product, it reached out to Randstad Sourceright for a solution. Within a year of implementing a custom recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model on three continents, the client is experiencing significantly improved recruitment and retention outcomes. Randstad Sourceright quickly ramped up the acquisition of high-caliber manufacturing, administrative and financial talent utilizing on-site sourcing specialists and specialized Randstad recruitment centers. In addition to reducing cost, time to hire and reliance on third-party agencies, this talent acquisition model is achieving high satisfaction rates among both hiring managers and candidates, as well as significant improvements in retention. the success. Less than a year after implementation, the client is moving forward with plans to expand the original scope of the U.S. program from 200 hires a year to 3,500. Seeking to improve gender and ethnicity diversity for their workforce, the company targeted a diversity candidate offer acceptance rate of 75%.
