moving forward with plans to expand the original scope
of the U.S. program from 200 hires a year to 3,500. This
is in addition to more than 400 placements in Singapore
and Poland.
Measured on a scale of one to seven, hiring managers
consistently give the program a satisfaction rating of six or
seven; candidates also rate it at six or seven. The program
is boosting internal confidence and creating a positive
candidate experience.
Through enhanced recruitment methodology and superior
talent acquisition expertise, the program has achieved an
external offer acceptance rate of 90% in the United States.
In Poland and Singapore, significant improvements in time
to hire are also being achieved.
Seeking to improve gender and ethnicity diversity for their
workforce, the company targeted a diversity candidate
offer acceptance rate of 75%. Through enhanced diversity
strategies, the acceptance rate is currently 97%.
