Societe Generale's program includes: • A complete end-to-end integrated talent solution that delivers nearly 1,000 recruitment transactions a year comprised of both permanent employees and contingent workers. The program, which encompasses virtually all of the Societe Generale's businesses in the U.K., has scaled up seamlessly as the client's needs have nearly doubled over three years. • On-site talent advisors working with hiring managers to determine the best type of talent — permanent, contingent, contractors, freelancers, etc. This enables Societe Generale to apply the most appropriate resources to the roles and work required, and has a been a critical driver of partnership success. • Continuous enhancements that include investing a portion of program fees on delivering innovations to Societe Generale. • While the previous RPO provider placed roles only up to the VP level, our talent advisors manage roles up to managing director level, demonstrating Societe Generale's confidence in Randstad Sourceright's ability to recruit executive-level candidates. • By increasing the percentage of permanent workers and contingent talent sourced directly by Randstad Sourceright, the program has dramatically reduced supplier spend. In year three, cost avoidance reached more than €8 million as supplier-placed workers accounted for only 13% of all hires. • In a market of larger competitors, Societe Generale is among competitors as a result of a focused and far-reaching employer brand strategy supported by Randstad Sourceright, which helps the company "glocalize" its approach.
