Having rolled out the program in its home country of
Germany, company talent leaders expect a significant
business impact globally once the program is
fully deployed. Randstad Sourceright successfully
administered the RPO program in China where, due
to an earlier reorganization by the client in the region,
the RPO was able to quickly hire 169 sales reps within
six months for one business unit and 47 within four
months for other business units.
The client organization now has a consistent process in
place, with greater visibility of how roles are filled and
costed. Additionally, recruitment has become much more
driven by key performance indicators, which was not
the case previously. All of this has led to improvements
in time-to-fill and a corresponding business impact from
being able to find talent more quickly.
