The Solution: • Customized solution – Working closely to understand the client's requirements, Randstad Sourceright developed a customized source-and-screen strategy. The onsite consultant performed the initial screening and sent qualified CVs to Randstad Sourceright's Kuala Lumpur sourcing center of expertise, which conducted a thorough phone screening. Once applicants were deemed suitable, the top performers were invited to an assessment center. • Consistent services – Randstad Sourceright assigned a dedicated team to the project, ensuring a timely and consistent delivery. • Open dialogue – Regular meetings and constant communication was facilitated by Randstad Sourceright to assure the client of a transparent partnership. • Thorough assessments – The following competencies were rated: o Planning and organizing o Adapting and coping o Analyzing information o Strategic thinking o Persuading and influencing o Teamwork • Collaborative effort –The success of these assessments was based on the preparation given to the candidates, hiring managers, and facilitators. • Quality candidates – Randstad Sourceright's screening process and criteria ensured only quality candidates were forwarded to the hiring manager. Efficient process – Randstad Sourceright designed a smooth and efficient phone screening process. Surpassing expectations – The behavioral interviews conducted by the assessment center exceeded the client's expectations. They met the program's requirements and helped identify the right talent and cultural fit. Positive candidate experience – Candidate feedback about the screening and interview process was very positive. Communicating the employer brand – Randstad Sourceright successfully communicated the value of the client's employer brand to candidates as an ideal place to start their careers. Effective tools – Randstad Sourceright established assessment center tools quickly and ensured they were relevant to the client's requirements. Program expansion – The onsite manager has established a good relationship with the client's hiring manager.
