With the Netherlands and the U.S. accounting for 85%
of total program spend, cost savings were expected to
reach €5.2 million by the managed services program's
(MSP) second year based on supplier-agreed discounts.
The initial roll out took place in 18 countries, bringing
the company closer to global alignment across its
contingent workforce. Validation of 17 process flows
has been achieved.
Not only has the program led to sizable cost savings
and cost avoidance, it has also produced happy
customers. The average satisfaction scores from
hiring managers and suppliers are consistently above
7.5 out of 10.

the situation
How does a global, diversified technology manufacturer
maintain a competitive advantage? For this highly
recognized brand, it's all about using the right talent
at the right time in the right place. So the company
embarked on a transformational journey in 2014 to
optimize its flexible workforce around the world. The
client was seeking a solution that could help talent
leaders source and hire quickly and cost-effectively,
enabling delivery of high-quality resources to the business
at a moment's notice. Just as important, it needed to do so
in a consistent, transparent and compliant way to support
a critical talent strategy implemented that year.
"Randstad Sourceright is clearly
looking for a partnership with us,
which is consistent with their track
record of teaming up and utilizing
the best possible support models
within our company over the
past years."
