AI is growing faster in healthcare than any other sector, with projections of 85% annual growth to reach $22 billion by 2027, according to Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As a disruptive force that accelerates innovation and drives efficiency, AI will create new jobs and eliminate others. In time, technology, including AI, will lead to a net gain of jobs, according to the World Economic Forum.

But is the industry ready for a new world of work? How will it skill its workforce for AI and tackle talent shortages at the same time? And what processes will accelerate skilling for a workforce with diverse technology capabilities?
