Explore the 2023 Talent Trends research to learn how to drive a sustainable and supercharged future of work

Today’s human capital leaders face a tumultuous marketplace. Juggling global economic disruption and shrinking resources, they’re also braving massive workforce transformation. Right now, your leadership requires resilience and vision as you shift, scale and skill your employees to be ready for any contingency.

This quest for workforce readiness dominates Randstad Enterprise's 2023 Talent Trends research, which surveyed more than 900 human capital leaders in 18 markets globally. Post-pandemic, human capital leaders say they are reprioritizing long-term value and business impact while recovering from the hiring frenzy of 2021 and 2022 that left little time for much else. 77% see talent acquisition as more about value than cost saving, up 32 points from last year; 80% are making measurable business performance more important, up 17 points from last year; and 77% are focusing on workforce agility, up 11 points from last year.

To manage fluctuating workforce needs and create long-term value for their organizations, HR executives are enhancing each step of the enterprise talent life cycle — from attraction through hiring, development, internal mobility and retirement. They seek to enrich value at every important touch point of a person’s work life to the benefit of their people and the company.

As you plan in an unpredictable market, how can you meet demands for new skills while engaging your workforce? How will you drive workforce agility, the talent experience and business performance all at the same time?

Watch this 60-minute Q&A to explore the 2023 Talent Trends research and hear from Zohra Yafai, global head of Talent Acquisition at Cisco; Janet Mertens, senior vice president of Research at The Josh Bersin Company; Mike Smith, chief executive of Randstad Enterprise; and Louisa Wilson, chief growth officer at Randstad Enterprise.
