I joined Randstad Sourceright in June 2021. I have worked for a competitor prior, and I always came across Randstad in regional and local client pitches. It is safe to say that hearing Randstad’s value proposition in this context very much sparked my interest in working here.
Soon after my onboarding I discovered some great fundamentals our company has: stable and inspiring leadership, transparent communication and excellent teamwork. I think it’s crucial for an organization to adhere to these fundamentals to be successful. These ideals are definitely the main reason I am proud to be part of the Randstad team.

As business development director, I spend a significant amount of time maintaining and expanding client relationships. My primary responsibilities include client engagement, solution designing, and terms and conditions negotiations.
A very exciting part of my job involves sales calls where my team and I pitch Randstad Sourceright’s capabilities for China. No client is the same, and I find designing different solutions to meet different parties incredibly intriguing. Everytime my team and I succeed in effectively anticipating negotiation terms gives me such great energy.
Regularly I’ll end the day with clients or colleagues from other business units while grabbing a bite to eat or having a drink. Apart from enjoying some time together, these are also great moments for collaboration.

Randstad Sourceright contributes greatly to keeping a healthy work-life balance by offering me lots of freedom and remote working hours. A great way to spend my days off is by catching up with family and friends. I can very much enjoy watching a game of football together. (Go Leicester City!)
Drawing on my competitive nature, one great hobby of mine is playing Texas hold’em poker. It requires skill, keeps you sharp and is always exciting. No hand of cards is the same; it demands of you to be savvy and make decisions quickly.
Both in the office and at the tables, I love the rush of finding a winning approach on the spot. Randstad Sourceright offers me more than enough support and flexibility to make that happen!
