I am especially passionate about people and their development. What I love most about my job is getting to see people grow, go beyond or get out of their comfort zones to learn and deliver more than what is expected.
As a manager, I strive to ensure an agile leadership strategy by being authentic with my colleagues, sharing my passion, being a transparent and open communicator, and creating a supportive environment where people can experiment with autonomy and without fear.
a dynamic and exciting career
I started my career with Randstad in 2004 as a senior consultant in Warsaw, Poland. Shortly after I came back from my first maternity leave, I was promoted to senior manager for the Staffing Business.
I started to dive deep into recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions, and Randstad Sourceright had just been established as a new business. I met with the Randstad Poland executive board and proposed a plan for offering RPO services as a specialization in Poland with Randstad Sourceright.
The executive board showed a lot of trust in my plan and in 2013, I set up the RPO business for Randstad in Poland from scratch, in cooperation with Randstad Sourceright. It was an amazing three years of leading sales, implementations, operations and services for international clients in Poland.
In 2016, I was promoted to client services director for Randstad Sourceright in Poland, where I was tasked with designing and developing talent acquisition strategies and high-level recruitment solutions for organizations across Poland and the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. Most recently in 2019, I accepted an opportunity to become director of the Global Business Services (GBS) center in Budapest, Hungary. I moved to Hungary with my family and started this exciting part of my continuing journey with Randstad Sourceright.
As the center director, I drive the operations of sourcing and screening, RPO administration and managed services programs (MSP) services that are delivered to our clients across Europe. I provide strategy, innovation, performance and people management, process improvements and best practices to ensure that the GBS Center teams are consistent, agile and expert in our solutions.
