This October, we introduced the Career Vitality program to provide our employees with continuous opportunities for self-discovery, learning and feedback at every stage of their Randstad Sourceright and Randstad RiseSmart journey. It’s all built around the principle that each employee owns their career. Randstad’s role is to support their career aspirations by providing the coaching, opportunities and resources to achieve that.
a skills-focused program
Given the rapid pace of change, increased introduction of AI in the workplace and the agile nature of work today, upskilling is essential for all employees. Whether an employee is focused on excelling in their current role, expanding their impact and influence or exploring new opportunities, Career Vitality will help employees grow themselves, their skills and their set of experiences.
Using our newly-built Career Vitality Portal, employees are empowered to take control of their career development. They can seek expert advice, assess their skills, gain knowledge and experience, gather feedback, improve discussions or even narrow down options to specifically seek new positions.
Career Vitality also offers a series of curated podcasts designed to allow employees the chance to grow on the go because learning should be part of life, not just a stand-alone event.

Managers play an outsized role in the success of an employee’s career development. Rather than providing training and resources in a siloed environment, these resources live within the Career Vitality Portal. Both employees and managers have visibility into the expectations placed on managers, as well as the guidance provided to them. It also provides the assets to foster trusting conversations.
