Carolyn Wass

Carolyn Wass is a sourcing subject matter expert. She is responsible for sourcing strategy development, talent intelligence and exploration of new technologies. In her role as sourcing intelligence business partner for Randstad Australia, Wass is also involved in the development of talent search and attraction training programs and managing our sourcing team communities aimed at sharing new tools and techniques. Wass also blogs and writes thought leadership papers on sourcing and recruiting best practices.
