Bloomberg BNA: will workplace automation create chaos for women?

The World Economic Forum reports that men could face nearly 4 million job losses and 1.4 million gains by 2020 as a result of automation in the workplace, but women will likely be disrupted more significantly. With expectations that female talent will lose five jobs for each one gained, this population will need to consider a greater range of career paths and fields.

Randstad Sourceright CEO, Rebecca Henderson outlines the challenges women may face in the years to come and highlights ways they can develop the skills employers will be seeking in the future workplace.
