Three out of four American workers say they aren’t concerned that their jobs will be replaced by robots, TechRepublic reports, sharing findings from the 2017 Randstad Employer Branding Research. According to the study, 30% expect these technologies to improve their current jobs, and more than half of workers say they are willing to retrain or upskill in order to work with automation and AI if their pay remains the same.
