More than one-third of human capital and C-suite leaders in the automotive sector said their organization has increased the use of automation and robotics. As an industry that has pioneered robotics assembly, the sector is now expanding the use of technology beyond the manufacturing floor. Employers also continue to see demand for human talent, with 47% of Randstad Sourceright Talent Trends survey respondents saying they plan to add manufacturing jobs in the year ahead.
